Refund & Return Policy
At Cotton Classic, your satisfaction matters. If your order isn’t quite right, we make the return, exchange, or refund process straightforward.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify, your item must meet these conditions:
• Returned within 7 days of delivery (South Africa).
• In original condition – unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
• Packaged in its original wrapping/box with all tags intact.
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Note: Items not returned in their original condition (e.g., worn, washed, or damaged) will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
• Worn or washed items
• Undergarments or intimate apparel
• Items marked Final Sale or Non-Returnable
3. How to Request a Return
• Contact Us (within 7 days):

o Use the subject/message: “Return Request – Order #____” and include:
• Full name & order number
• Item(s) to be returned
• Reason for return
• Clear photos of the product & packaging
• Whether you’d like a Refund or Exchange (size/colour)
• Approval & Instructions:
o We’ll issue a Return Reference Number (RRN), return address, and courier instructions.
o Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
• Packing Your Return:
o Place the item in its original packaging.
o Remove any old shipping labels.
o Include a note with your order number, RRN, and name.
• Courier & Costs:
o Customers are responsible for return courier fees.
o For defective or incorrect items, Cotton Classic covers courier costs (prepaid label or collection arranged).
4. Inspection & Outcome
• Once we receive your item, it will be inspected within 1–2 business days.
• If approved:
o Refunds: Processed to your original payment method within 2–7 business days.
o Exchanges: If stock is available, your replacement will be shipped and you’ll receive a new tracking number.
5. Factory Defects or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:
• Contact us within 7 days with your order number, photos/videos, and whether you prefer a refund or exchange.
• Cotton Classic will cover all courier costs.
• Once confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement (subject to stock) or issue a full refund.
